2023 Art in the Park Submissions Open

Submissions are now open for the 2023 Art in the Park.

Art in the Park, sees sculptures and installations created by regional artists placed into Machattie Park for the duration of the annual Bathurst Winter Festival for festival goers to admire.

The multi-year plan follows a strong tradition of showcasing the work of regional artists as part of the Bathurst Winter Festival.

Bathurst Regional Council is seeking artists to submit proposals for existing works to feature at the 2023 Festival which will run from 1-16 July. 

Artworks can take the form of sculpture, light works, installations or soundscapes.

Artwork will be selected according to suitability of the work for outdoor display, site suitability and security, and ability of the work.

Submissions are due by Wednesday 31 May 2023.
