Teddy Bear’s Picnic

Head to Abercrombie House from 10am to 4pm for a special Teddy Bears’ Picnic Day as part of the Winter In Bathurst Celebrations. Bring your favourite teddy, a picnic rug, and your own lunch - or enjoy delicious options available for purchase on site including a sausage sizzle, coffee cart, cupcakes, pumpkin soup and more.

Held on International Teddy Bear Day, this family-friendly event is perfect for little ones and their grown-ups. Enjoy story time sessions with Bathurst Library, live music by the Bathurst Academy of Music, teddy bear competitions and displays with Enid’s Emporium, selfie spots, live music and self-guided tours of the historic house and gardens. Inside, discover the magic of Christmas in July with twinkling trees, vintage decorations and warm, crackling fires.
